If you are still not satisfied, send your complaint to the national association of which this ILAB bookseller is a member.

The bookseller indemnifies Ilabdatabase.com against, and will compensate them for all costs and damage resulting for each of them from, any claim made by a third party regarding an offering by the bookseller in the Ilabdatabase. This applies to the fact of offering itself, to the description of the offering and to the execution of any contract that arises through the use by a buyer of the Ilabdatabase. The bookseller will notify Ilabdatabase.com forthwith of each and every claim made by a third party in this regard.Ilabdatabase.com reserves the right to forward any claims that it receives to the individual bookseller concerned and to furnish complainants with the name and address of the bookseller to whom the complaint must be deemed to apply.

Regardless of the above-mentioned indemnification, Ilabdatabase.com is authorised to remove, on its own initiative or at the request of third parties, any offering from Ilabdatabase.com that may be in violation of rights of third parties or in violation of applicable laws. In such cases, Ilabdatabase.com will immediately inform the bookseller concerned of its decision and the reasons for it.
